Both ear paining cannot ear properly i have uploaded an x ray result so pls help me out i have not taken any medication

X ray are not really useful in acute ear conditions and are rarely used in any diagnosis. Acute pain in both ear can be due to eustachian tube dysfunction which usually occurs secondary to common cold. It is usually associated with blocking sensation. It is usually a self resolving condition and you may need to take anti Histamine tablets for quick recovery. Meanwhile do valsalva maneuver
