  4. Ear pain with cold and coughing. Syrp?

Ear pain with cold and coughing
My 6 year old is complaining of left ear pain with coughing and blocked nose. Given her half tablespoon of Flexon. Can I give her Augpen DS Wikoryl syrp ? I fear that if I supress cold it may increase the coughing. Kindly suggest the suitable medicine!
