Ear pain while yawning, sneezing .
Am feeling like something blocked my left ear,but there is nothing inside it and having pain while sneezing , yawning and coughing.

Is it a sense of block or you have a hearing loss? If the second is true, it means there is a local problem in the ear. Otherwise it is around it. This applies to pain as well.
