Ear pain while chewing and swallowing
My ear is paining from past few days and when further looked into there is some white like thing inside. I hve problem chewing as well as swallowing it starts paining.

From your history it looks like you have ear infection and the white debris that you visualise can be pus discharge which hardened or debris which is indicative of infection and needs to be cleaned by suction or treated with ear drops . Pain while chewing and swallowing can be associated to this .
