Thing so the problem is ear wax . I would like to ask my doubt , can we have the clear wax drops at night and keep it over night ?

You seem to be having impacted wax inside your ear canal. Ear drops such as clearwax are wax softeners and they can be used in night and needs to be kept overnight so that wax gets softer after absorbing the drops.
