Left ear is paining , I can feel some blockage.. there is nothing coming out , not even wax. Pls help

Hello...... Deep impacted wax can cause pain..  History of injury to the ear canal with the previous history of insertion of ear bud or stick can cause ear pain..  Due to bloackde of Eustachian tube by cold one wil  suffer from  ear pain.. Consult ent specialist in nearest hospital...
