Ear pain and dizziness

Asked for Female, 23 Years

Whenever I put on headphones my ear pains a lot..even though from three months I'm not using headphones then also I'm having pain..and when I put on headphones the next day I feel dizziness..I'm not able to understand what exactly the problem is. Can you please suggest something?

Hello.. Well do not use very tight ear plugs...it's quite possible that you would have acquired infection or due to constant wearing if ear phones you get the pain...try using head phones instead... prolonged hearing with earphones is not at all advisable...thank you
