Ear pain & sound
Hi ,
My mom is suffering frm ear pain (left ear).she gets some what sound in her ear which irritate her. She as consulted so many ENT doctors but no use.She is taking ayurveda medicine now. She feel bit relaxed!!
She works as a teacher so her schedule is hectic when she gets stress she feel dizzy & gets ear pain

You should go ENT specialist for that followed by neurologist also.
May be neurologist will transfer case to physiotherapist if he doubts for Upper cervical spondylosis or Vertebral Basillar Insufficiency.

nature of pain should be considered. is it sharp or dull ache. is is radiates to the throat. you can visit a neurologist and evaluate. all the best
