Ear pain - advice needed on painkiller
I am Diabetic. I think some water entered my ear and it is paining. I wanted to ask what painkiller is safe for me to take.
My Creatinine is 2.8 and Urea is 80.
Is it safe to take combiflam? or do you suggest some other medication?

You seem to be suffering from acute otitis externa which is a common type of ear canal infection. You may need to take antibiotics and painkillers along with antibiotic ear drops for few days for faster recovery. None of the analgesics are safe when kidney functions are hampered. Paracetamol is OK..
