  4. Ear itching. Is this any know desease?

My 1.5 year old daughter puts her finger in her ear offten. She feels itching in the ear. How serious it is? Can any ear drop help ? Her mother also having itching problem in ear I believe same desease my daughter also has got genetically. Is this any know desease?
