Ear irritation
My son is 4 months old and he has been scratching his left ear since past 2-3 days. Although there is no fever, secretion or swelling or redness but ive heard that babies do catch an ear infection at this age.

Hi. Ear infection is very unlikely at this age. Babies rub their ears for sleep or any irritation.

Cold also can cause ear irritation. If its more Go to your pediatrician. They will check the ears for infection.
