Ear irritation and mild pain
After taking the prescribed medicines (Modafınil 100mg, Neurocetam Plus Tablet, Carniglo-M Tablet 10's), I couldn't sleep for 2 days and developed a headache. Soon after, I started feeling mild pain and irritation in my right ear. No discharge or hearing loss, but discomfort increases with sound.

These symptoms are most likely related to the stimulating effect of Modafinil, which is known to cause insomnia, headache, and increased sensitivity to sensory stimuli in some individuals. Sleep deprivation and heightened neural activity may also contribute to the feeling of ear discomfort or increased sound sensitivity
