There is a possibility of injury to your ear drum during microsuctioning. Perforation of ear drum can cause hearing loss and ringing sound in the ear. Confirmation of diagnosis can be done by detailed ear examination.
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required. Even if there is traumatic perforation of tympanic membrane it will heal spontaneously with appropriate measures
