First of all never take antibiotics for just 2 days and stop. Always complete the entire course, otherwise infective bacteria/organism will develop resistance towards it. Secondly your symptom is only ear pain. You have not mentioned about any ear discharge/ itching/ ear blockage/ nasal blockage/throat pain. It is difficult to make a diagnosis without seeing your ear if you do not have any other symptoms. Just take Tab Paracetamol 500mg for 3 days If you also have or had nasal obstruction prior to the ear pain then start Flomist Nasal Spray along with It. 2 puffs twice a day for 15 days. (Take spray with head leaning forward)
Next Steps
Kindly do a physical consult to get a better opinion
