Ear fungal infection

Asked for Female, 29 Years

I have ear fungal infection in my right ear.. and i have swelling also on right side face include ear . Dr proscribed me signiflam and levoflox 500. I have this prob from last 2 days. How much time it taken to recover.

You seem to be suffering from acute otitis externa which is a common type ear infection. You may need to take antibiotics and painkillers for few days for faster recovery which your doctor has already prescribed. Usually recovery takes 3 to 5 days.. If your symptoms persist you may need to take intravenous antibiotics
