I get fungal infection in ear every now and then. How do I get rid of it? It pains and then I have to get it out through suction.

Recurrent Fungal infection in the ear is usually because of inadequate treatment. You need to use anti fungal ear drops for atleast a week to ten days. You should avoid entry of water inside ear by using cotton while taking bath

Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment. Meanwhile you can use candibiotic ear drops three drops three times daily for ten days
