  4. Ear drum ruptured. But mostly yellow!

Ear is ruptured again. Last time was few years ago. Again yellow liquid discharge and pain. Sumtimes colorless but mostly yellow

take proper antibiotics and nasal decongestant. and get checked up by endoscopy. if its chronic and drum is not healing then get tympanoplasty done. chronic infection will damage inner ear, and gradually hearing loss will ensue.
