Dear Sir, Doctor said my both ear drum got ruputured they suggest have a surgery , but i do not want go for surgery can it leave as it is ?

If ur condition is an long standing . Then Kindly get operated.  If any Infection spreads to the  inner ear in the future it may affect ur auditory nerve. U don't want that to happen.
