Hi there cost depends upon the hospital its different in different hospitals...It will be cheaper in government hospital...If the eardrum is perforated, it’s important not to let water get into the ear. It’s best not to go swimming and you should keep your ear dry when showering. It’s safe to fly if you have a perforated eardrum, but if you have had myringoplasty you should not fly until your doctor or surgeon says it is safe to do so...rest of the instructions the concerned surgeon will give you after the procedure...
