Dear sir, I have a problem in my ears from last five months I am heard sound of (chat chat) inside in my ear and deafness ear is not normally open.please help me

See an ENT specialist to get your ear and ear drum checked and if that's normal you will be suggested to Get an audiometry done to check your hearing status.
