How can the problem of ear clogging be solved ? Can it be solved with any home remedies or is it necessary to visit ear specialist ?

It is always advisable to visit ENT specialist for local examination to ruleout  any fungal infection or impacted wax.
Next Steps
avoid ear cleaning with ear buds or any sharp objects like pin , wood sticks or keys
