My daughter is now 6 yrs old. I want to know how often we should be worried about our daughter's ear. Regularly how should we clean our kid's ear.

Generally you should not insert any kind of external object including ear buds in children . Just clean the visible part of the ear during bathing , in any symptoms regarding the ear consult your paediatrician he will help you out
