Hi from last few weeks I can't hear properly from right ear ..I feel like something blocking it..when I was taking bath water went inside the ear and from the same day this problem has been started

You might be suffering impacted wax inside your ear canal which might be blacking the canal. Treatment depends on confirmation of diagnosis and if confirmed wax needs to be removed under vision
