My right is blocked and feeling heaviness in that ear. I visited doctor he washed my ears and told that Eustachian tube is blocked. What should I do now to get my ears normal from blockage?

3 Things that have to be done to open the eustachian tube manually are 1. Do steam inhalation two times per day 2. Chew bubblegums twice a day 3. Practice VALSALVA MANOUVERE ( see in YouTube you will get the video how to do it)
