Please consult an ENT Specialist. You seem to have a lesion in your base of tongue or Left tonsil or left side of soft palate or nasopharynx near left Eustachian tube orifice - all these regions which are innervated by glossopharyngeal nerve which also innervates the middle ear so pain in any of these regions will also translate as ear pain. If you are near Basaveshwaranagar, you are welcome to drop in to my clinic.
