My wife has eaching and some reddishness in her eyes since morning please advice for some instant relief treatment

Hello This could be due to dryness or allergy Try A.  Cold compresses B use antiallergic eyedrop like epinastine twice daily along with lubricating eyedrop frequently like refresh tears Having said that it is provisional diagnosis Kindly share photos of your eye so that I may guide you better Regards
