EAA SUPPLEMENTS
Iam 57 year old man and go to gym 3-4 days a week. Can I take supplements of essential amino acids ( Eaa) of reputed brand. Iam diabetic and hypertensive. Rest all reports normal. Want to take supplement only during workout. If no workout no supplement. Pl advise. Brand of supplement is muscle blaze( would take only half the recommended dose) Does this affects kidney.
