My 8 month old baby e. Coli found in urine, my pediatric don't prescribed any medicine or antibiotic, can it treat automatically, pl find the report, pas cell 4-6.
Sgot also very high 114.

Just give plenty ORS with 1/2 tsf of citratraalka. Every time you give fluids. If there is no fever or crying while passing urine, it is fine . Local hygiene and cleaning with soft cloth soaked in water mixed detol.
