Dysuria and pain on erection

Asked for Male, 21 Years

I'm having dysuria since 10 days, I finished my Nitrofurantoin 1 week course, and I did time culture test which came out to be normal. The pain is still there but competitively less and I have mild pain on erection. Should I be worried or just take rest and plenty of fluids
