Hello,
Its absolutely important to keep your physical, mental and emotional health in check. If for some reason you find yourself lacking in optimum health, its important to identify the root cause of your suffering. Dose titration and psychotherapy then forms the essential part of treatment.
A Psychiatrist studies medical science for 8.5 years. Thereafter he has variable years of experience depending on his seniority. Pschotropics are one of the most dangerous medicines second only to anesthetic agents. It's my genuine advice not to fiddle up with the dose of psychotropics but to take regular consultation (at least once monthly) from your Psychiatrist. Chlordiazepoxide is an ADDICTING DRUG which should never be taken on daily basis for more than a month at an stretch.
