Next Steps
I'll start you the following regimen
1)tab montek-lc 10mg+5mg one tab before sleeping for 15days..
2)AZEFLO nasal spray 1puff in each nostril twice daily for 15days..
review after 15days

use n95 masks to avoid exposure to dust and pollen...get rid old pillows...stay away from fumes...avoid smoking...avoid deodrants and soaps with strong fragrance....
