Duphaston in pregnancy
Hi,
I took Beta hcg test yesterday and value is 818.75 .
My last menstruation started on 24th May and I have irregular cycle. Implantation bleeding happens on 4th -5th july.
I am staying at a village where there is no doctor available currently.
I am already taking

Shelcal HD
Thyroxine 25mg
Should I start Duphaston and at what dose ? Previous history of missed abortion in December 2021.
