I was taking Duphaston 10mg from day 11 today is day 24 from day 20 am having pain on my lower right abdomen. Isit am having pregnancy symptoms or going to get my monthly flow.

It can be either...get a pregnancy test done if you miss your periods or do they get it after 1week of stopping tablets

If you are trying to conceive and are on duphaston..
continue with it..
do a beta hcg blood test..
if test s negative then chances of pregnancy are not there..
