Testicular sensation usually gets referred to lower abdomen That is normal Pain evaluation includes physical examination and if needed scrotal scan with Doppler Sometimes testis pain is felt due to non testicular problems which needs more detailed history and evaluation

Pain and swelling can be due to various reasons such as Epididymo-orchitis /torsion /varicocele I suggest you to get scrotal doppler done and then review by urologist

Diagnosis of these symptoms without examination & investigation will not be a very honest and scientific way of dealing with this problem. Since it turn out to be from a very minor issue to a serious problem. However you are advised to see a Urologist, who can examine you & investigate. Until then Scrotal support can give you some relief.
Next Steps
See a Urologist
