Dull mornings
I fell sick two years back and after recovering from fever and cold I started feeling chronic body fatigue. My eyes burn constantly and I just want to sleep all day. Even the things I loved doing doesn't excite me anymore. I don't have thyroid or any other deficiencies. One year back my vitamin d level was low . For which I took medicines for one month. I didn't get it tested after that . My mornings are very dull. My throat feels really dry after waking up and my eyes burn excessively with a lot of dry crust stuck on it. I find it difficult to sleep on time in the night and then I wake up at 10:30 or 11 am ( I have work from home ) . I don't sleep in the afternoon but I feel exhausted during noon and my eyes just want to shut . I have been to many ophthalmologist but everything is fine . One doctor even did a schirmer's test and it was fine . It didn't show that I had dry eyes . Is my sleeping routine the cause of my problems ? Please help.
