Dull constant pain in lower abdomen.
Hello I am 28yrs old married 7 months back.. I am feeling a dull constant pain in lower abdominal region.. Both on right and left but lil more on right side.. Pain Is very very mild.. Is it appendisitis?? Plz help me out
