Dual marker test.
Hi doctors. I just wanted to ask that is it really necessary to do a dual marker test in pregnancy? And if it is not necessary then how do i tell my gynaecologist that i don't prefer doing this test?

Nothing is mandatory dear. It's advisable to do the test to rule out chromosomal abormality. NT scan will rule out structural malformations. Choice is yours dear. U can choose and take decisions for your baby. Take care Stay safe 🙏
