I suppose you are the same patient who also has a history of intellectual slowness in elder sister of yr husband!
Yr final risk is 1:784 n not 1:123!
Which falls into intermediate risk!
Yr PAPP-A value (0.56) is also on lower side!
Plzzzzzzzzzzz consider to consult an FETAL MEDICINE specialist!
U need to investigate further for this risk!
U can look on internet too!
