Soak your feet in warm water at night. Clean and dry your feet followed by application of MOISTUREX CREAM on feet daily for 4 to 6 weeks For face: wash face with Cetaphil cleansing lotion twice daily followed by application of Cetaphil moisturising cream daily on forehead twice daily

Well, you could be just having a dry skin. You need to follow certain rules for your skin following detailed history and analysis of your skin. Will be nice if you can consult online and I can help you better.
