Hello This is due to dryness Try A. Cold compresses B..blink a lot C..use Antiglare glasses D. Take break after every 1 hour of work E. Use lubricating eyedrop frequently Eat 1 walnut everyday...it is rich source of omega 3 fatty acids..it is good in dryness
