Having problem in both eyes dryness. Since 10 to 12yrs. Under mentioned medicine. Sometimes have ulcers in mouth as if heat from body coming out

Please continue imudrops 0.05% eyedrops twice daily in both eyes, refresh liquigel 4 times a day in both eyes and eyemist gel twice daily in both eyes.
Add omega 3 fatty acids in your diet/ supplement it.
Take care of vitamin d levels and thyroid profile

consult a rheumatologist to rule out sjogrens syndrome.
visit an ophthalmologist for tear function evaluation and consider punctual plugs as a next step of management.

Please continue the lubricant eye drops e.g. teardrop 3to4 times daily and rub ocupol dx eye oint to be rubbed twice daily regularly.
