Feeling of dryness and warmness in eyes can be due to multiple factors, few common conditions as dry eyes, ocular allergy, computer vision syndrome due to excessive digital work and in many other ocular diseases. So if u are taking these eye drops after Consulting an Ophthalmologist then u can get it reviewed again to decide for either any add on medication or not..
Next Steps
so consult with your ophthalmologist for proper evaluation and further management.. hope u find it useful..

Unless you have eye allergies there doesn’t appear to be any need for Cromal eye drops. You can use CARBOXYMETHYLCELLULOSE 1% eye drops of any brand name available, for the dryness. If in Mumbai you can have your eyes checked at our center, or at any local ophthalmologist to assess for spectacle prescription.
Next Steps
Use artificial tears eye drops minimum 4 times per day Get spectacle number checked by qualified Ophthalmologist or at Arete Clinics in Mumbai

You are probably using a lot of screens (Mobile, laptop, tablet) these days. This leads to dryness in the eyes. Continue using lubricants (Wat-r, Refresh tears, etc). Use them liberally. You can use them every hour initially and taper them off with time. Take a break from your screen after about every one hour. Give your eyelids warm massages at night and instill eye drop SOHA (Sodium Hyaluronate) at bedtime.
