I'm having Dryness in throat since 4 days no other symptoms is there is it Coronavirus no fever cough cold

Dryness of throat alone can't be justified as a corona virus infection although varied symptoms are there ... Just drink plenty of fluids and if u develop any other major symptoms consult a doctor asap

Just drink plenty of water. That should take care of dryness. Keep your mask on, practice social distancing and hand hygiene.
It is difficult to tell at this stage whether it is corona infection or not. Dryness of throat is not enough to advise testing for COVID, unless you have been in contact with a confirmed case of COVID.
If you develop other symptoms like cough, fever, breathlessness, nausea etc, please attend a covid designated hospital.
