Dry throat and mild dry cough
Hi I went out for 30-40 minutes on this Monday for evening walk and since Monday night suddenly I felt some itching kind of or dry throat,I was also suffering from gas problems on monday night and tuesday.Tuesday also if am not concentrating on this matter then its ok otherwise whenever this topic coming to my head I feel dry throat and mild dry cough.I did gargel couple times at night also but in little too hot water and immediately felt even more itching and dryness of throat for next some 30-40 minutes. This thing is not new to me,had this kinda problems for almost a month back in 2016 december and even 2017, have a little history with throat problem like this but after quitting cigarette smoking in 2019,I didn't feel this problem arise again till suddenly this Monday. However in 2019 July I suffered from huge deficiency in Vitamin D n breathing problems related to COPD but i recovered.now am doing gargel,am sacred this is second day of dry throat.suggest something please.

Do warm water gargle. Take antihistamin.If there is any throat infection you need proper treatment.

You are not sick please  understand this, like you say you feel dry throat only when you concentrate on it. Don't over gargle Drink plenty of fluids Keep yourself hydrated Avoid oily , spicy, sweet and street foods Take adequate sleep
