Doctor, Pls help me to stop dry small patches on my hand it was appearing occasionally and little irritation will be there ... Here I got suggestions from more than three doctors, they all are giving medication for a temporary oilnment... Pls give a suggestion

In the picture that you have shown could be an eczema patch which can be present for a long time. The response will be temporary and has to controlled by the application of cream regularly and taking tablets for the itching. You will have to continue the treatment to keep it under check.
