Dry Skin.Suggest me a best soap.
I have dry skin and I have some type of OCD I usually bath around 30minutes.I use soap again and again in that 30 min.Now my skin is getting some kind of white on my body if I apply Vaseline it was clear nothing white after applying Vaseline.Most of time I usually wash my hands with different different soaps.So please help me and suggest me a best soap

Apply glycerine with rose water at night regularly..

Hi here two issues need to be addressed
1.Ocd (compulsive hand washing).
Leading to repetitive using of soap ,2 .leading to dry skin.
Now for dry skin you can use calendula soap ,but the base issue is ocd.Ocd needs to be handled by CBT or Aversion therapy.Please visit a psychologist near you for the same.

Its not the soap, but your ocd need treatment. Ocd can be symptom of some underlying issues. You need to meet a psychiatrist for further advise
