Dry skin on the palms of my hand
Very dry skin on my palms which tends to crack at times. I don't do too many household work don't touch detergent or anything harsh either. still my palms are extremely dry dark n wrinkled

Greetings ,from your explanation I would say hat you may facing issue of keratoderma which may occur alone or as a component of another disorder. In either situation, you should respond to keratolytic ointments. Some times, one has to get the ointment formulated depending upon the severity of condition and the individual response. You will have to continue using some such ointment till there is spontaneous resolutiion or till the primary disorder lasts
