Dry skin on palm
Hi I'm suffering from dry hard white itchy patches on my both palms from last 4 years, allopathy doctors said it's a psoriasis but homeopathic doctors said its tinea/fungal infections. Please tell me what is the difference between tinea and psoriasis.

Both the conditions are totally different. In psoriasis you have thick scaly skin while tenia is a fungal infection. The treatment of both is totally different. From your description you seem to be suffering from psoriasis but its always important to see the affected area before providing the exact diagnosis. Visit your doctor or opt for online consultation so that a proper history, diagnosis and treatment can be provided.
