Dry skin on face
I've been facing dry skin issues almost since 2 to 3 months, my daily cleansing routine includes washing face twice a day with cetaphil gentle cleanser, and the previous dermatologist i consulted skinfay oral moisturizer along with sebamed clear face care gel, for sun protection, I've been using Sunprotek spf50+ gel, despite all this.. Skin is all dry and tight, I'm worried if it's just facial dryness or any medical condition that could be associated with it, also there's no itching or any sort of redness on face, plus I make sure that I stay hydrated throughout the day with atleast 3-4 litres of fluid intake, Kindly assess and help with this issue
