Is dermadew lite soap good for dry skin. How long we can use it . Any other face cream for dry skin

Dermadew lite soap is given in hyperpigmentation. You can use dermadew aloe soap. Try to use soap twice in a week in winter season. Brand names of any cream can't be written in open forum.
